Information on your device
Pocket Wonders Solitaire stores your current deal, collection progress, earned game rewards and preferences locally on your device. It does not provide cross-device progress sync. Removing the app may remove this information.
Advertising and tracking
The game has no ads and does not use third-party advertising or gameplay analytics services. We do not use the game to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
App Store purchases
Apple handles payments and purchase restoration. The game uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to verify full-version access. Arsonist Studios does not receive your payment-card details from the game. Apple’s processing is described in Apple’s privacy information.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a problem description or screenshot. We use it to respond and investigate your request. Support email is handled through Apple iCloud Mail, our email provider. See Apple’s privacy policy. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
Keeping and removing information
We retain support correspondence as needed to handle your request, follow up on unresolved problems and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may email us to request deletion of support correspondence. We may retain information needed for an unresolved request or an applicable obligation. Local game progress is stored on your device; deleting the app may remove it. We cannot restore local progress from a studio cloud account because the game has no such service.
This website and external services
This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts or contact forms. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and request information when fonts load. See Google’s privacy policy. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website under its own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Email links open your email application. Other links may open websites with their own privacy practices.
Device backups and diagnostic sharing selected in your Apple settings are controlled by you and Apple. The game does not provide its own cloud-save service.
Changes and questions
